Jessy Enterprises is owned by Mr.V.Kamalakar Rao who has put in more than 10 years of experience in this field Since 2006. He has solved various many manufacturing problems in the companies he has worked for. We are into manufacturing of Fabrication and Rubber Lining for the past 5 Years.The company is committed to quality processes.

We undertake fabrication and rubber lining of M.S Tanks, Vessels, pipes & Fitting and for chemical plants, fertilizer plants, water treatment plants, effluent plants. We execute the projects like Acid transport tankers, Concrete tanks, valves of Different components and Conveyor Pulleys etc. We handle all type of Rubber lining for Natural Rubber I.e. Natural soft, Natural Ebonite, Natural Semi Ebonite, Synthetic rubber lining, Nitrile, Neoprene, EPDM & Butyl etc. of varied hardness to meet our client requirements.

We also undertake site work at client’s sites like HCL storage tank, Clarifier, phosphoric tanks, vertical tank and all types of immovable jobs.

Our Manufacturing facilities showcase the very best in the field. Constant upgradation of technologies and processes ensure that we always stay on the cutting edge. Jessy Enterprises has executed On Site Rubber Lining Jobs in various Chemical process industries, mainly for Fertilizer and Water Treatment Plants last 7 years. We were into maintenance related job works as per our Client’s requirement. Now, we have put up a new Rubber lining facility to undertake Rubber Lining of Pipes, and Fittings, Tanks and Vessels at our works along with Fabrication.

Wwe have good infrastructure with the area of 24000 Sq.ft and covered area of 2400 Sq.ft consist Power Capacity of 110 HP, kneader, Rubber Mixing Mill, Autoclave, Boiler, Compressor, Sand Blasting ,crane and other testing Equipment’s. We have a Team of Engineers and experienced Rubber Lining technicians in line with our process parameters.
