We are capable of doing spray application of almost all sprayable paints. This may be in our shop or at your site. No project is beyond our capability. Work can be performed at your direction or we can provide project management assistance.

Sandblasting and Painting

We sand/ grit blast to remove all unwanted rust or old coatings. Our sandblasting meets the SSPC/NACE guidelines regarding blast profile and degree of cleanliness.

We apply primer and final coats according to your specifications. We cover any surface regardless of size, including piping, structural steel and mining equipment. The coating thickness is to your specifications.

Our coatings/linings take the rigorous stress of outdoor use, abrasive slurries and corrosive chemicals.

Rubber and Elastrometric Polyurethane Linings

The same procedures and standards apply to rubber and other linings. We use the highest quality pure gum, soft and semi-hard natural rubber to synthetic linings. We also apply neoprene, chlorybutyl, Hypalon, Nitrile, EPDM linings, and of course, elastometric polyurethane linings. Most importantly, we meet your specifications, including thickness, as well as, temperature and duration of cure.

Sprayed-on Lining

Perfect Rubber Lining Co. will analyze application conditions, and help identify corrosive and wear factors.

Our highly trained staff will apply your specified linings, and provide quality control reports, if needed.
